General information

The Hotel Silvana is a non-smoking hotel. The rooms are available from 1pm on arrival and must be left at 11am on departure day.
There are a luggage room and showers at your disposal if you wish to stay longer or arrive earlier.

General terms and conditions

The contract between you and the Hotel Silvana comes into effect by letter, email oder fax and is binding for both sides. The prices are per day in Swiss francs (CHF) including service and taxes.
As guarantee we accept Visa and Mastercard numbers plus expiry date.

Hotel Silvana is authorized to transfer the guest’s personal data to Zermatt Tourismus. This personal data is stored centrally by Zermatt Tourismus (and/or by data processors commissioned by Zermatt Tourismus). It is therefore possible that information and/or newsletters may be sent to the guest directly by Zermatt Tourismus and/or by Hotel Silvana. It is also possible that this information may be sent in the name of  Hotel Silvana  but it has actually been generated by Zermatt Tourismus (and/or data processors commissioned by Zermatt Tourismus). This information relates especially to «pre-stay» and «after-stay» emails." 

Conditions of cancellation

Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival no charges.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the room rate will be charged.
Short-term cancellations and early departure will be charged 100%.

We recommend a cancellation insurance e.g. through your private liability insurance or credit card or travel insurance.

We thank you in advance for your payment in cash or by bank tranfer before your arrival to the account below. The following payment methods are accepted:
