The Hotel Silvana is a non-smoking hotel. The rooms are available from 1pm on arrival and must be left at 11am on departure day.

The contract between you and the Hotel Silvana comes into effect by letter, email oder fax and is binding for both sides. The prices are per day in Swiss francs (CHF) including service and taxes.

Hotel Silvana is authorized to transfer the guest\u2019s personal data to Zermatt Tourismus. This personal data is stored centrally by Zermatt Tourismus (and\/or by data processors commissioned by Zermatt Tourismus). It is therefore possible that information and\/or newsletters may be sent to the guest directly by Zermatt Tourismus and\/or by Hotel Silvana. It is also possible that this information may be sent in the name of\u202f Hotel Silvana \u202fbut it has actually been generated by Zermatt Tourismus (and\/or data processors commissioned by Zermatt Tourismus). Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival no charges.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the room rate will be charged.
Short-term cancellations and early departure will be charged 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We recommend a cancellation insurance e.g. through your private liability insurance or credit card or travel insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
